Warranty
We
offer you from 3 to 6 months of warranty from purchase date
on our products. All information about time of
waranty valid you can find on description of goods on our page.
You will receive an invoice shipped with your package.
All
repairs and replacement to clients that by equipment form us are
done by KORJAR company.
If
you decide to send us gods to recheck it we must have all cables,
hardware and instructions that comes with it.
Please
use normal post when sendign replacement to us - before contact
us to give more infromation about this.
All
shiping charges to deliver goods to our company are fully paid by
shipper - we will not refund shiping cost
at any case. After goods will be repaired we will ship it with airmail
express priority to our cost. If you wish
to choose DHL, EMS or FeDex to recive your goods quickier please
let us know - in this way we will make calculation
cost for you.
Return Policy for defects & warranty(s) does not cover damage
or malfunction due to accident,
non-professional installation, poor or improper installation, non-compatability,
negligence, external electrical fault,
misuse or abuse. Sale items, special orders, electrical items, covers,
housings, data cables, data kits, any software
products have no warranty, guarantees and are not returnable, in
other words the sale is final. KORJAR
is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting
from any breach of warranty. KORJAR is not responsible
under any other legal theory, including, but not limited to lost
profits.
No
returns on ANY software, data cables, data kits, OEM Original products
or similar, USB, Infrared, data equipment,
any type of electrical item, covers, housings, plastic parts, housings,
antennas, batteries, chargers or any other
item unless specifically stated in that particular ad.
Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must
be received with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA
is void.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise
returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs.
Please allow up to (5) business days for our tech team to check
out your returned item.
All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were
new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate
both the RMA and the warranty. Adeal.com is not responsible for
goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused
by the customer/carrier.
If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the
original working part to you at your expense for the
return shipping costs and you would be responsible for a testing
fee of $25.
