710 Focused Infrared Welding System it's high quality Infrared station that allows precision solder leaving no marks in reworked circuit boards. By using this item movement of surrounding components can be eliminated. Also adjustable preheating surface temperature that prevents PCB distortion can be setup up. This station can be used widely for reworking BGAs, micro BGAs, QFPs, PLCCs, SOICs, small SMD and other circuit board components.
